​Many therapists focus on past problems and traumas, I focus on helping clients resolve current problems. You want to feel better as quickly as possible and this is accomplished by focusing on NOW.
My style of therapy is proactive, imaginative and solution focused.
We are both active participants in therapy, and my communication is
straightforward and kind.
I offer encouragement without pressure.

Therapy is experiential: it’s not about repeating the same thing over and over again. It’s about figuring out a way to “get it” at a deep level, so that you can make the changes you need. We work together, as a team, to create a plan to turn your life around.

Couple Therapy
Couples usually come to therapy because there is a problem in their relationship. This might be a financial/work problem, infidelity, difficulties creating a family, parenting challenges, loneliness, misunderstanding or anger.

The three of us will work together as a team to improve your relationship, repairing bonds of love, improving communication, resolving conflict and improving intimacy.

Sometimes couples need to figure out a way to end their relationship in a way that works for everyone, that's okay too.
We will figure out a way to achieve the relationship you both want.

Family Therapy
Families face challenges at many different points through their lifetimes, whether based on an individual or a collective experience.
​
Family Therapy provides an essential opportunity to figure out where each person is at, what they are thinking and how the whole family is responding to whatever problems they are facing based on their individual understand of the problem and what the solution is.​

Creating the opportunity for everyone to share their understanding can get you all on the same page and working cohesively to solve the challenges in your family.
