Therapy for individuals, couples and families where autism or ADHD is part of the picture. Helping everyone find a way of being together that works.

Couples and Infidelity

Couples therapy for communication difficulties, relationship breakdown, and the aftermath of infidelity. A non-judgemental space for both partners.

Eating Disorders

Specialist support for individuals, couples and families navigating eating disorders, including anorexia and bulimia. Informed by six years at the Maudsley Hospital.

Individual, couple and family therapy

Individual Therapy : £120 per session

 

I work with individuals navigating a range of specific challenges. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Couple Therapy : £160 per session

 

Couples therapy for communication difficulties, relationship breakdown, infidelity and parenting challenges. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Family Therapy : £160 per session

Family therapy helps all members have a voice and gain clarity. I work with families at all life stages, helping everyone feel heard and understood.

Sessions are 50 minutes.

My clinic is well located in the calm environment of Blackheath Village. This is well located for face to face therapy for clients in the borough's of Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley and Southwark.
