COUPLES THERAPY

Relationships can be rebuilt. But it takes more than time.

Couples therapy and infidelity counselling in Blackheath, SE London and online. A non-judgemental space for both partners to understand what happened and decide what comes next

MY APPROACH

A space where both partners feel heard.

Couples come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, communication breakdown, growing apart, parenting conflicts, sexual difficulties, and the aftermath of infidelity. Whatever has brought you here, I offer a safe, neutral space where both partners can speak honestly and be genuinely heard.

My approach is systemic, which means I don't take sides or assign blame. Instead, I help couples understand the patterns and dynamics that have developed in their relationship, and work together to change them. This is not about going over old grievances. It's about building something better.

I work with couples across London and South East London, including Blackheath, Greenwich, Lewisham and surrounding areas, as well as online across the UK.

"Most couples who come to therapy are not looking to end their relationship. They're looking for a way back to each other."

AREAS I WORK WITH

Common reasons couples seek therapy.

Communication & Conflict

When conversations always end in arguments, or important things go unsaid, therapy can help couples find a new way to talk, and to listen. I help couples understand the patterns behind their conflict and develop healthier ways to communicate.

Infidelity &

Betrayal

Discovering an affair, or telling your partner about one, can shatter everything. I offer a non-judgemental space for both partners to explore what happened, understand why, and decide together what comes next. Many couples do rebuild, and rebuild strongly.

Growing

Apart

Many couples find that over time, through work pressure, parenting, or simply life, they have grown distant from each other. Therapy can help couples rediscover connection, intimacy and shared purpose

Separation & Conscious Uncoupling

Sometimes couples come to therapy having already decided to separate, and need support to do so in a way that works for everyone, particularly where children are involved. I offer a respectful, constructive space for this process too.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions that move at your pace.

Couples sessions are 50 minutes and are available in person at my therapy room in Blackheath Village, SE London, or online via secure video. Both partners attend together for most sessions, though I may occasionally suggest individual sessions as part of the process.

There is no fixed number of sessions, some couples find significant progress in six to eight sessions, while others choose to work together for longer. We will regularly review progress together.

Couples sessions: £160
